Herox 20 mg is a medicine containing the active ingredient Tadalafil used to treat erectile dysfunction in adult men.
The drug works by increasing blood flow to the penis upon sexual stimulation, which helps to achieve and maintain an erection.

How to use Herox 20 mg tablets
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.
Swallow the tablet whole with a little water. The tablets can be taken with or without food.
It should not be given to individuals under the age of 18.
For the treatment of erectile dysfunction:
The recommended starting dose is one 10 mg tablet before sexual activity. However, you have been given a dose of one 20 mg tablet because your doctor determined that the recommended 10 mg dose was too low.
You can take a Tadalafil tablet at least 30 minutes before sexual activity.
Tadalafil may remain effective for up to 36 hours after taking the tablet.
Do not take tadalafil more than once a day. Tadalafil 10 mg and 20 mg are intended for use before anticipated sexual activity and are not recommended for continuous daily use.
For pulmonary arterial hypertension: Tadalafil is available as 20 mg tablets. The usual dose is two 20 mg tablets once a day. You should take both tablets at the same time, one after the other. If you have mild or moderate liver or kidney problems, your doctor may advise you to take only one 20 mg tablet per day.
Doses may be changed in special circumstances, so always follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist.
If you take more medicine than you should, talk to a doctor or go to the hospital immediately.
If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is almost time for your next dose.
Do not take a double dose (two doses at the same time) to make up for a missed dose.
Side effects of Herox 20 mg tablets
Although the following side effects are not common to everyone, some patients may complain of the following:

Any hereditary eye disease
Sickle cell anemia (a defect in red blood cells).
Multiple myeloma (cancer of the bone marrow).
Leukemia (cancer of blood cells).
Any deformity in your penis
A serious liver problem.
A serious kidney problem
You have high pressure in your eye (glaucoma) or are at risk of developing it.
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken, or might take any other medicines, including nonprescription and prescription medicines, herbal supplements, vitamins, and dietary supplements.
