Delivery cost
Delivery costs for orders less than 250 riyals are determined based on your choice of shipping companies.
There are areas not covered by free delivery. The shipping cost is also determined according to your choice of available shipping companies.
Shipping refrigerated medications
You must choose SMSA, the refrigerated shipping company, to process your order. Otherwise, you will be contacted to complete the payment process for the shipping company fees. This is to ensure that the shipment arrives at the same storage temperature as approved by the health authorities.
Payment rejected/not accepted
-If the delivery address given by the customer is incorrect, the contact information is incorrect, or the customer cannot be reached.
Balsam Al Ola Pharmacies is committed to providing the best possible customer service. Therefore, for any wholesale sales exceeding 10 pieces of the same item per customer, we reserve the right to cancel the order according to management instructions.
- Order cancellation by customer: To proceed with the order cancellation process, you must contact us first. You can cancel your order for any of the following reasons:
-If your order has not been delivered or shipped to you. If you cancel after the order has been shipped or dispatched, you will be charged a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to match the time your order was shipped with the time you submitted your cancellation request.

Warranty, Maintenance and Repair
The warranty is only for medical devices according to the agent's warranty.
Entry restrictions:
Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person will be accepted. Entries made using automated competition entry services or software will be disqualified.
Entrance costs:
No entry fee is required to enter the Contest unless otherwise stated. However, any costs associated with accessing the Contest Website or related services are the entrant's responsibility.
Disqualification:
Balsam Al Ola Foundation reserves the right to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that violates these Terms, or contains defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate content, or for any other reason deemed necessary to ensure the fairness of the competition.
Awards Distribution:
Prizes will be mailed or awarded to winners within 30 days of winner confirmation. Delivery restrictions may apply, and prizes will only be sent to addresses within the specified delivery area.
Prize Replacement:
In the event that a prize or any part thereof is unavailable, Balsam AlUla Foundation may substitute another item of equal or greater value, as determined by Balsam AlUla Foundation.
Use of entries:
By participating, all participants grant Balsam AlUla Foundation a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and publish any material submitted as part of their entry in any media.
intellectual property:
Entrants warrant that they own the intellectual property rights to their entry or have obtained all necessary permissions.
Force majeure:
Balsam AlUla Foundation shall not be liable for any act, omission, failure or delay due to acts of God, riots, acts of terrorism, epidemics, governmental actions or other events beyond its control which may prevent the awarding, claim, or use of the prize.
Final decisions:
All decisions of Balsam AlUla Foundation regarding the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Exemption:
By participating, participants release Balsam AlUla Foundation, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents and employees from any and all liability in connection with the competition or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize.
Changes to the Terms:
Balsam AlUla Foundation reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the competition webpage.
Personal information:
All personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of the Contest and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to operate the Contest or as required by law.
Compensation:
Participants agree to indemnify Balsam Al Ola Foundation against any and all claims, damages, liabilities and costs arising out of or in connection with the Competition, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction:
The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The pharmacy has the right to reject orders that exceed two offers per customer.
Some discount codes do not include all products.
